Masterplan Spatial Framework
The Masterplan spatial framework identifies the components of workspace, community facilities, energy and utility space provision, event space. It supports the vision for the creative and interactive business ecosystem that is the objective for Grange Castle West.
The Spatial framework allows for design flexibility, site size, and scale of development on individual sites. It highlights the supporting green infrastructure, common area spaces including the feature lake.
