At every stage we want to live up to our values. We are willing to embrace flexibility. We are committed to being open about our plans. Our goal is to encourage imagination and innovation. We aim to do this by building a connected ecosystem where businesses can lay down roots and flourish.

Why Grange Castle?

Grange Castle offers businesses a suite of advantages from the high quality aesthetic to the serviced site capability, enabling businesses to grow within the park. Early tenants can take advantage of sites tailored to meet their needs and future proof their business. With its focus on sustainable development and supporting the natural environment, the park aims to deliver a connected ecosystem where businesses can thrive.

Grange Castle’s proximity to the city centre and all major national transport road and rail links, as well as its connections to the vibrant eco neighbourhood of Clonburris and the 12th Lock public amenity space, make it an ideal location for established and growing businesses.

The park is strategically located 30 minutes from Dublin city centre and is proximate to the developing areas of Adamstown and Clonburris which will yield the collective delivery of 18,000 new homes.

Who’s already here

“Pfizer has grown its Grange Castle operations pretty much continuously since locating in the Business Park in the early 2000s, and in late 2022, we announced a very substantial investment that will see the construction of a new biological drug substance facility on site. Ongoing high levels of support from South Dublin County Council and overall satisfaction with the Grange Castle Business Park facilities and services were key factors in deciding to continue investing strongly at the facility.”

Pfizer

“ Takeda has invested significantly in our Grange Castle facility since deciding to locate here in 2003… Key to our investment choice has been the excellent support we received from South Dublin County Council and IDA Ireland. The strategic location, future proofed service capacity and quality setting of the Park has been key in reaching out to markets and in attracting the highly qualified personnel we need to make Takeda grow at Grange Castle….”

Where business meets nature

In Grange Castle Business Park we are committed to creating an environment where businesses live in harmony with nature. In our new master planned lands, eco-corridors separated from roadways will criss-cross the park for ease of movement between sites. Natural landscaping, including a series of man-made lakes and pocket forests, promote biodiversity and provide welcome open spaces where workers can network and recharge.
